FAQs

can i send a candle as a gift?

Of course you can! Our receipts are delivered to your email so no need to worry about price tags: your lucky recipient will simply get to enjoy unboxing our recyclable packaging and receiving their customised candle!

do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of our product, we currently do not accept returns.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@postcodepours.com and we will do our best to help you.

can i cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within one hour of the time you receive your order confirmation email. Otherwise, we will have already processed your order.

how do i place a bulk order or wholesale enquiry?

Feel free to get in touch with us about your request at hello@postcodepours.com. We’d love to chat about how we can work together!

when are my candles being delivered?

We pride ourselves on being a slow, small-batch business that pours (pun intended) the utmost care and consideration into each candle. Because of the nature of our customised products, shipping times may vary depending on when you place your order, usually between 7-10 business days. Once you have placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. Once your item has been shipped, we’ll send you another email to let you know it’s on its way. We promise they’ll be worth the wait!

how do your charitable donations work?

At the end of every month, we donate 20% of the profit from the candles we’ve sold to Centrepoint UK via their website. Supporting charities is an important part of postcode pours and we’re always happy to share more about this - just drop us a note at hello@postcodepours.com.

do you collaborate with influencers?

We’re a tiny company with a tiny budget, but are always open to hearing from people with a significant/engaged social media following with a passion for what we do. If this is you, introduce yourself at hello@postcodepours.com. It could be a match (see what we did there ;)!
